As a therapist, my goal is to help you gain balance in your life, deepen your understanding of self and relationships, and to empower you with skills that effectively address your specific needs. I believe that with the proper tools and support system, personal challenges can evolve to greater strength and resiliency. A welcoming and non-judgmental environment is priority in my practice. My approach is integrative and collaborative, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT and motivational interviewing to facilitate meaningful change, develop new insight, and achieve desired goals. I have over 15 years of experience working across a variety of treatment settings and maintain a general practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. Specialty areas include addiction, trauma, and family systems, with effective treatment for grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
